Moonlytix (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to give us by filling out our contact form:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• Your industry and current analytics setup, if you choose to share them (optional)
• Whatever you write in the message field

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any other tracking technology on this site. We don’t know who visits this site unless you tell us by submitting the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it makes sense, to have a conversation about working together. We don’t add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with advertisers. We don’t use it for anything beyond getting back to you.

How your message reaches us

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not use your information for its own marketing and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data in transit. Once delivered, your message lives in our own email inbox like any other email we receive.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails as long as is reasonably useful for following up with you and for our own business records — there’s no automatic deletion schedule, but we don’t keep information longer than we have a real reason to.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely, at any time, for any reason. Just email hello@moonlytix.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for business professionals evaluating our services. It’s not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if we start using analytics tools in the future — we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. We’ll keep it accurate to what the site actually does.
